Must meet the small business size standard for contract being considered.
Must be at least 51% unconditionally and directly owned by women who are U.S. Citizens.
The woman or (women) must manage the day to day operations on a full-time basis.
A woman must hold the highest officer position in the business.
Must be a small business owner or entrepreneur.

Review the Federal Government Small Business goals for WOSB.
Review the requirements for WOSB Certification.
Apply for WOSB with a third-party Certifier.
Submit required artifacts and payment for WOSB Certification.
