V-PMC Billing Policies
BY COMPLETING THE V-PMC GOVERNMENT CONTRACTING SUCCESS PROGRAM ORDER FORM AND PURCHASING A V-PMC PRODUCT/S OR SERVICE/S, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND POLICIES LISTED BELOW
LIVE EVENT BILLING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
V-PMC sells event tickets/registrations and does not guarantee event dates. All event dates are subject to change due to logistical factors and attendance rate.
Due to administrative costs, salaries, coordination activities, materials printed, materials acquisitions, hotel
contracts, and all other business expenses incurred for a public event, all event tickets/registration fees are non-refundable after 3 days from execution. All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to V-GovCon-Events@v-pmc.com. After 3 days from the date your payment was executed, there are no refunds.
Transfers to a different date/location must be made sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled event date by contacting V-PMC and paying the appropriate transfer fee of $195. Transfers may occur one time only and are valid for one year following the originally-scheduled event date. No transfers will be made within sixty (60) days of the event date. Events will only be transferred to the original registrant and are non-transferable between individuals.
Failure to Attend
Failure to attend a registered event without prior written notification as stated above, will result in the forfeiture of payments collected toward the event ticket.
By participating in any delayed or partial payment plan, you agree to pay the balance in full according to terms outlined on the Government Contracting Success Program Sales page, including a processing fee of $50 for each delayed payment. Failure to complete payment as agreed will cause event prices to revert to regular retail prices and will result in the account being referred to a recovery service.
Event/Ticket pricing includes event tuition only. All food, travel, and accommodation costs are NOT included in the event price unless specifically stated in writing by V-PMC. If accommodation payments are to be collected by V-PMC, full payment must be received prior to the event start date. Clients who have not completed payment for their accommodations by the event start date will not be granted admission, unless otherwise authorized by V-PMC.
SERVICE BILLING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
V-PMC sells services based on negotiated monthly, one time, or a-la-carte rates.
All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to V-GovCon-Events@v-pmc.com. Refunds for services will be honored up to 30 days after the signing of a services agreement/contract. After 30 days of signing a services agreement/contract, no refunds will be honored.
No transfers for services to another company will be accepted after the signing of the services agreement/contract.

PRODUCT PURCHASE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Learning Systems, Books, and Programs
Any V-PMC media or print product (such as DVDs, CDs, books, learning systems, Training materials, etc.) in its original condition may be returned to V-PMC for a full refund or exchange within 3 days from the original purchase. The original receipt or online order number is required for all returns and exchanges. A missing item or damaged product fee of 25% will be applied to any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories, and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in “like new” condition). Any product that is returned without promotional item(s) included with the original transaction, (e.g. special report, promotional CD) will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount.
eLearning Systems, eBooks, and ePrograms
Refunds for any V-PMC software-based products or 3rd party products (such as downloads, e-books, e-learning systems, e-Training materials, e-memberships, videos, audios, etc.) may be honored for a full refund within 30 days from the original purchase date, as long as V-PMC has an e-receipt of the approved purchase.
